Inreacho is committed to protecting patient information and meeting the HIPAA requirements applicable to its role as a business associate of dental practices.
Our policy requires appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, access restricted to authorized personnel, and Business Associate Agreements with clinics and applicable service providers before processing protected health information.
Patient information may only be used to deliver the contracted services or as otherwise permitted by the applicable BAA and law. Our safeguards and procedures are reviewed regularly and updated when necessary.
